WHO WE ARE

Pro J Management Pty Ltd provides Development Management Services to Sydney Property Developers, Land Owners, Local and Off-shore investors. Founded by Jathan Yu, his unique skills and experience in Property Development set Pro J Management apart from just a generic DM service provider.

Jathan holds a Masters Degree in Property Development (MProDev) from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and is a Certified Development Practitioner (CDP) and an Associate Member (AAPI) with the Australian Property Institute.

With more than 10 years’ experience as a development manager acting on behalf of a number of international and domestic Property Developers, Jathan’s track record comprises residential apartments; land subdivisions; commercial developments and; mixed-use developments.

PRO J Management was founded on the core principle of maximizing the potential profits and returns for every client.
